Donations made to specific campaigns are dedicated to the specified seva. In cases of over-subscription or urgent humanitarian necessity, Shiv Dhaam Trust reserves the right to reallocate surplus funds to allied charitable objectives within our registered trust deed.

3. 80G Tax Exemption

All eligible donations qualify for tax deductions under Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act. Donors must provide a valid Indian PAN card during checkout to receive the formal 80G certificate.
