Donation Refund Policy

Shiv Dhaam Trust is deeply grateful to all donors for supporting our charitable endeavors. Because donations are immediately committed to ongoing seva—such as cow fodder, medical treatments, and daily annadan—contributions are generally considered non-refundable.

Erroneous or Duplicate Transactions

If an erroneous deduction, technical duplicate transaction, or accidental charge occurs due to network/banking errors, we will gladly review and process a refund upon notification within 7 days of the transaction date.

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund review, please email our finance team at contact@shivdhaam.org or WhatsApp our helpline at +91 98290 12345 with the following details:

• Transaction ID / Order ID
• Payment Gateway Reference (Razorpay ID)
• Date and Amount of Donation
• Reason for Refund Request
• Bank account details / original payment method proof

Verified refund requests will be credited back to the original source of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
